Crystal Palace Project

In 2014, I bought my first property in Crystal Palace, London. It was an ex-council

one bedroom flat on the Central Hill Estate. I saw the potential in the flat on my

first viewing with it's large amounts of natural day light and sweeping balcony

views over London. The estate is a fantastic example of 1960's modernity and I

knew I could convert this little run down flat into a modern, bright, stylish home.

The project took 6 months and involved replacing just about everything, including

the pipes and asbestos.

- Design, project management, basic fit-out and decorating
